BUG: Issues with list construction #145

There are two main issues with list construction

mixed lists (as per the test case is still an issue)

Mixed lists currently work so long as the indentation is 4 spaces. It would be good to get this to work on 2 spaces as per RST spec.

@arnavs I am going to document this behaviour for now and move on to other issues that need fixing (given we use 4 spaces) commonly across the project. I will document this in the test suite. Thanks for raising this issue.
