FIX: Status page links to individual lectures #204

This PR fixes the links to individual lectures from the status page execution badge

@AakashGfude thanks for this fix. This will work in the short term -- but we should think about these things in terms of being language agnostic. If someone wants to build using another language other than python and julia this won't work.
