Fixing dask version #315

dask version fixed to 2.5.2 to prevent conflicts with syntax versions of latest dask releases.

hey @AakashGfude not a bit issue but this looks like you've branched from the previous dask fix branch rather than master.

hey @mmcky. I had committed the test files in that branch. So, had created this new branch from that branch. and reverted that branch. Hopefully, it won't cause conflicts
