No dba_admin file #77

Hi, 
I was installing the OpenDLP in Ubuntu 12.04 desktop O.S.,  when I extract the 
"OpenDLP.tar.bz2", there's no /etc directory so there's no db_admin file is 
there any ftp, repository to get that file????

The path to "db_admin" is "/var/www/OpenDLP/web/etc/db_admin".
