What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download pulledpork
2. run with "perl /usr/local/bin/pulledpork.pl -c /etc/pulledpork -o
/etc/snort/rules/snmp.rules"
3. Fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect it to run. I see this:

the current dev version of the conf is 0.6.1.. that's likely to bump to 0.6.2
today or very shortly thereafter
