Emerging Threats has changed their domain name and SSL cert for rules

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit https://rules.emergingthreats.net in a browser/openssl s_client/etc
2. Notice the Subject (CN) is "rules.emergingthreatspro.com"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
pulledpork.pl assumes (hard-coded multiple places) that the URL is 
"rules.emergingthreats.net"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.1 on CentOS 5

Please provide any additional information below.
Rules downloads fail with 500 error, presumably due to CN mis-match. Can't 
simply change the URL in pulledpork.conf because pulledpork.pl has checks that 
assume the old URL.
