IP Blacklist update ERROR #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /etc/pulledpork-svn/pulledpork.pl -w -c 
/etc/pulledpork-svn/etc/pulledpork.conf

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? v0.7.0, and v0.7.1

Please provide any additional information below. Hello, i get three Day ago this error during update. first i got the error with v0.7.0. After i read the v0.7.1 can disable the Certification check with -w. But with v0.7.1 and -w i still get the error.

Please help!
