Trying a slightly different approach to this. The API_TOKEN_GITHUB token might need some additional permissions, and the GitHub Actions permissions might need to be update to allow opening pull requests.
@Quantisan this will use your Quantisan/official-images fork for the pull requests, so the token might need permissions there.
I'll go ahead and merge this shortly to see how far it gets.
