[x] create an entries.json updating script
[x] add mocks for markdown entries;
[x] adjust the encyclopedia components;

to have the entries updated, simply run yarn update-entries.

NOTE: currently, the script outputs an entries-test.json, which none the less is used by front-end. Preserved the original one out of cautiousness, but it is to be removed.
