Unsplash images are empty #198

Describe the bug When I choose an image from Unspalsh the downloaded file is empty and nothing is shown when opening the image

This in an example of image downloaded from Unspalsh: https://mantrayogacentre.com/images/articoli/2024-05/npxxwgq33zq.jpg I think the downloaded files are corrupted.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. I open the quantum manager
  2. I click on "unsplash"
  3. I select a photo
  4. "saving" is shownimage
  5. I find a new image downloaded in the destination folder
  6. the image is always empty image
  7. this is the file: https://mantrayogacentre.com/images/articoli/2024-05/npxxwgq33zq.jpg

Expected behavior I would expect to find a file with the image I saw in the preview.
