Removed dependence on ExponentialUtilities #84

This should get merged and released after https://github.com/QuantumBFS/Yao.jl/pull/483 is merged so that TimeEvolve gates also work with CuArray registers.

In the meantime, is it still possible to merge this? Right now CuYao is simply broken (at least when used with the latest version of Yao.jl)
