precompilation not working #30

I updated and its working now........... Most of the packages got downgraded though Screenshot from 2020-07-06 23-54-22

The issue that most Yao packages have been downgraded has not been resolved yet But, the original issue has been addressed, which was problems in precompilation Thank you for your co-operation I hope the new issue is resolved fast and I can upgrade to newer versions of Yao.

It seems YaoExtensions v2.1 is marked not compatible with BitBasis v0.7. A new release will solve it.
