Add blurred preview for spoilers #1181

Clicking posts with spoiler tags should display the post blurred until you press View spoiler instead just opens the spoiler picture/content. How to reproduce: Launch redReader app. navigate to a spoiler-tagged post. click on the spoiler-tagged post. spoiler containing post pops up. Actual behaviour

This isn't a bug -- it looks like you clicked on a post tagged with the word "spoiler", and the image in the post was shown as expected. We could add a blurred preview but the app is currently working as intended.
