Subscribed posts inconsistency #1222

Pretty minor one, but I notice Front Page has been retitled as Subscribed Posts.

However once clicking it it goes to the screen still titled Front Page. Additionally, Subscribed Posts doesn't make sense as you don't subscribe to Posts, You subscribe to subreddits. This phrasing (Subscribed Subreddits) would also better fit the menu above the existing Popular Subreddits and All Subreddits entries.

I've also noticed that the settings haven't been updated to reflect this change.

There's a setting "skip to front page" in behaviour
