Clean up old submissions and confirm their skills are properly represented #220

A lot of the old submissions included all the skills. This is not accurate and requires manual checking to confirm that people have the proper skills attached.

I've begun the process of outreach to developers. My process is currently to attempt to contact that directly through email or DMs. If this person doesn't have open DMs I've added them to a list I call "Dead Ends", as I'm not sure on my clearance to just tweet people about this stuff.

So far, folks I could not find contact info for or had dead ends are:

Ajari Wilson, Andre Jones, Andrease Hester, and Akouvi Ahoomey.

As of this writing, the last person I attempted contact (A-Z) was Andy James Nicholis.

@cattsmall I've received word for Alex Okafor that they're currently on game dev hiatus. How should I handle entries for folks who are on haitus or have moved away from game development? 🤔

HMMM @MaximumCrash I think it makes sense to remove folks who aren't doing game development anymore. Does that sound reasonable to you?
