Fix Gstreamer Issues with Memory #116

Gstreamer seems to be having some reference counting memory issues and the source is not clear.

This PR tries a few things to address this

Tried handling the reference counting of the appsrc ourself: Success [ ]
Tried changing the way that audio is transcoded: Success [ ]
Tried swapping from BufferList to Buffer: Success [x]

Also, updated dependencies and made checks for a hung connection during login
