CompatHelper: bump compat for VectorInterface to 0.5, (keep existing compat) #190

This pull request changes the compat entry for the VectorInterface package from 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 to 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
