Japanese file name is garbled. I think,There shall be no restriction on the format of the file name is notarized.

It seems the problem is from the library used to make the archive https://github.com/Stuk/jszip/issues/226

Oh... I understand but This problem restricts usage method. I think that it is necessary to respond in the future. That will use in the future Chinese ,Japanese and more Country People. We look forward to the Improvement work of the future of the team. Best regards.
