Remove predictions for disabled interpolation #26

As discussed in #25 the interpolation does not make any sense without interpolation. Therefore, one should deactivate it in that case.

@gwosd An alternative would be to show straight lines between the measurements and to use for the final extrapolation (and prediction) simply the shortest interpolation option. What do you think?
