Cfl final test #21

Fine tuning done to CFL conditions implementation. Now it works perfectly for vf>10 and for lower values it still computes, but time step must be very large. Two datafiles in this set, in the first one the CFL the condition for small vF and S is a time step much smaller than in the second step; in the second one, none of the datafiles blew up.

Not up to date with origin because of simultaneous commit, changes being done.

Cosme, there has been a problem, because of the simultaneous commits we did today, I reverted back to your version and then when I wanted to make the push into this branch I sent it directly to master...Luckily, there was no real problem with this since this version is just an improvement on the previous master, which doesn't blow up as often, but still it should have been avoided, I'm sorry. With that in mind this pull request is to be deleted...

Check my last commit to master 7f56e16 for the last changes.
