The Blackfly camera module seems to have a requirement for PyCapture2, which is not installable from pip, and there don't seem to be any instructions on the git repository for installing it. Since I'm not using a Blackfly camera, though, it would be nice if the module could simply be disabled if PyCapture2 is absent (similar to the behavior of the Princeton Instruments and Andor camera modules).
