deletes files that:
should never have been in the repo in the first place
haven't been edited in 4+ years and are not in use by cs.py
removes unused imports across the repo
removes broken or empty windows that are unused from the enaml definition
In the diffs, several of the files that I only touched the imports in are generating large diffs that more or less claim I deleted and remade the file from scratch. I'm not sure why that is.
