Adds scale to the holomap #1

Adds scale to the holomap, values are derived emprically (ie literally drove a UGV out and measured the distance), scale is from solid line to dotted line.

I'm not quite sure how you want to handle pull requests (which branch, reviews, etc). I'm also not sure how strict you want to be on code style, comments, etc.

Also if you know where the code that actually draws the holomap grid lines is, that is probably a much better way to get the scale than my little experiment.
