Adding Petrel's lift and deploy orders to Air Ops screen #15

A small addition to the status column order modes that shows when a Petrel is actively lifting or deploying a ground vehicle :) Check out the second commit for the actual changes, the first is just there to preserve my sanity. I will update the ReadMe too.

This sounds great. Unfortunately, I just updated the landing screen and kind of changed a lot (Including adding ground vehicles as another tab). I can either add your changes myself, or you can fix your commit to work with the new version. Just let me know which.
