Fix fuel consumption calculations and use less CPU #50

I noticed that fuel consumption printed was way off, this fixes it and smooths out the numbers (fuel value is only updated by the game once per sec)

Now fuel rates are calculated only for your current aircraft. Previously it was retaining data from the previous aircraft used

Actually not quite ready yet, still buggy
