Totally new to coding. Using quackbot on slack, but I no matter what I ask Quackbot to do, I keep getting: "Hi! I'm still waiting for the folks at DocumentCloud to say you can use my services. I'll let you know when we're ready to go." Any help is appreciated.

No answer. Should one uninstall and install again?
