Update to address breaking changes in WPGraphQL 0.3.0. #2

WPGraphQl v0.3.0 introduced a Model Layer. Updating a few functions to deal with that change.

This approach stopped working once WPGraphQL restricted access to contentRaw. Addressed differently in bf05d707f6d3bda6f4ab4e691e2278a3f5ad49db.
