Describe the bug
When running the installer for app created with CQtDeployer 1.5 on Windows, the installer prompts the user for a Start Menu name, but does not appear to create it.
Expected behavior
Expect it to create one.
Screenshots
Screenshot below. App name is "Asteroid Arcade", which is already installed. We can there is nothing in the Start Menu for this. Running in the backdrop is the installer (again) showing Start Menu prompt.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
Windows 10 (inside virtualbox)

A desktop icon is successfully created. There is also an option to uninstall under the "Add/Remove Programs" of the old Control Panel.
