Probably fixes #68

I still have 1 false alarm that I do not know how to disable and two fails we can (probably) not avoid. I am merging this to see how this runs on the published branch.

Can we restrict the link checking to the deployed website instead of the whole repository?

Now it seems to also run on the deployed site. I am leaving it on master for now too - at least we'll get warnings with pull requests.
