Quasar locked up when showing help on Windows 10 #6

For a participant of a Quasar workshop at Diamond Quasar locked up when they tried help (F1).

The help opened a pane on right right part of the canvas windows, but it stayed empty. Canvas menu bar disappeared. The widgets could be added, but not opened. If Orange was restarted, nothing changed, same problems, because it has remembered the settings.

To restore usability, we had to delete C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\biolab.si\Quasar.ini before restarting.

If help was shown, the problems appeared again.
