The default settings set up by the Create New Qube window were wrong; I put in a PR with a fix.

Brief summary
After creating an empty qube to boot it with .iso , when i go to settings and i want to boot the .iso it wont load. HVM or PVH same issue.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: _1. Go to create new empty qube not based on template _2. Click on qube settings of the created qube _3. Go to Advanced Scroll down to Boot qube from CDROM _4. locate where is the .iso of the OS

to load and continue to installation page
Actual behavior
Fail to run, shutdown immediately.
