Fixed.

I just ran into this while trying to upgrade a Debian minimal template from 10 to 11. So far, nothing is preventing me from proceeding with the upgrade instructions after encountering this, but I have no idea whether it's a problem or not.

I suspect the files were updated after InRelease was, not before.

I have the same problem on QubesOS R4.0:

I have the same problem on QubesOS R4.0

4.0 has reached EOL. Please upgrade to 4.1.
