Qubes Manager: Restart to apply changes (e.g. change colour) for VMs that running VMs are connected to

My current use case: I want to change the color of a net-vm. In principle I can disconnect the firewall-vm from the net-vm, shutdown the net-vm, change the colour, restart the net-vm and reconnect firewall-vm to net-vm. But: this could all be done by the Qubes Manager! Just show a warning "Connected VMs x y and z will temporarily loose connectivity, are you sure?" The feature is almost already implemented, as restarting a net-vm is now possible with shutting down or restarting the connected VMs - however this is not applied to reboot-enforcing configuration changes like a colour change.

I would prefer it give users the option to do now or later, rather than just show a message—but, overall agree with the gist of this, thx for filing! :)
