Unify UI behaviour for shutting down/restarting qubes #8893

The problem you're addressing (if any)

Shutting down or restarting of a qube through Qube Manager asks for confirmation. Doing the same from the Qubes Domains menu does not.

The solution you'd like

Unify user interaction - either both should ask for confirmation, or none. Ideally, make it configurable.

The value to a user, and who that user might be

In a human centered UI, the same action should produce the same visual feedback and result.

DispVMs are also an interesting edge case. As soon as the "primary window" is closed, the DispVM is shutdown without warning -- even if other windows for the same DispVM are still open.
