Brief summary

Mouse pointer does not change over specific UI elements when using libreoffice-kf5.

Steps to reproduce

Use fedora-38-xfce template, have libreoffice-calc and libreoffice-kf5 installed
Open a spreadsheet in LibreOffice Calc
Hover the mouse pointer right on the column/row cell border

Expected behavior

The mouse pointer should change to a resizing one, indicating the functionality.

Actual behavior

The mouse pointer remains standard (the arrow).

FWIW, I have not tested recently (e.g. last 3 months), but I remember very well that while using the gtk3 (not kf5) additional package, there was no such issue.
