startup logs and grub menu are illegibly small on hidpi screens

Brief summary

when using a 4K/hidpi screen, the systemd boot logs and the grub menu are tiny, and practically illegible

Steps to reproduce

1. buy a 4k monitor
2. install qubes
3. boot
4. behold, tiny writing

Expected behavior

if the primary monitor is hidpi, double the font size

Actual behavior

tiny writing in stdout and grub menu

this photo shows what i mean. while this is a tty, it's the same behaviour as the grub menu and systemd stdout during boot/shutdown etcc
