In case of standalone qubes and templates, just change the Disk Storage settings above.
This isn't true and results in the qube being unable to boot.
The problem is described in this issue: https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/9251
Make a standalone qube, and increase system storage.
The documentation would mention that qrexec timeout needs to be increased, and the qube is able to boot after the storage is increased.
The documentation doesn't tell the read to increase the timeout, and the qube isn't able to boot.
