v0.3 rqiner-x86 "Illegal instruction" on AMD EPYC 7532 (Ubuntu 22.04) #1

I have tried rqiner-x86 from the v0.3 preview-release on my server and got an "Illegal instruction". rqiner-x86-avx2 from last release works fine.
