Update README add marathon env open bus event

I ran marathon container and bamboo container , happen to have the same error as #170 , I found that the reason is that when I start marathon container , I did not set env MARATHON_EVENT_SUBSCRIBER=http_callback, many people have this problem, so I think it should be write in readme to help them.Thank you.
