added init.d service config

In case someone doesn't use upstart, here is a init.d service. I added the 10s sleep because for some reason Required-Start requirements were not enough for bamboo. Maybe someone has a better solution

Hello, thanks for the PR. It looks good. Could you make the following changes:

• Name the service as bamboo-server for consistency to the upstart script
• Maybe some doc of how to build this in optionally?
