Replay before handling more events #26

When replaying events don't call handlers for new events until replay finishes
See effect by looking at unit tests and https://github.com/qubitdigital/jolt/pull/112

@Olical this one just means events are handled in a more predictable order, avoiding recursively handling events. I think you know a thing or two about event emitters so take a look if you can, would love to get your perspective!

@Olical updated and also added logging functionality which helped to debug a few issues.
