I think this is good enough for now. I want to prepare a GPL package soon. I guess only Gnucap can make use of the abstol attribute. Pick some value, say 1e-6. I guess we can use this or other references to try to have something closer to the spec, in a cleam-room way (?). Typical potential/effort and flow/through variables are descripbed in several places like here and here and many other textbooks. Anyway, users are going to be warned...

yes, i would like to pick values to make my unit tests pass. i am not there yet. indeed i have custom variants of that header around :/
