appveyor: build 32 and 64 bit, save artifact #60

Appveyor is not setup to save the tarball and windows (32/64bit) binaries on each run.

looks good to me, after some superficial build/test/install/run.

will test the parameter and instanciation stuff more thoroughly, and make use of it. no time for this right now...
