Failed compilation on cb15cd0cc (release-0.0.20) #1010

Compilation fails with:

Ok, now ./configure fails with 

checking wether c++ compiler is affected by clang bug 13530... configure: error: in `/home/romano/software/qucs/qucs/qucs-core':
configure: error: Cannot compile test suite for clang 13530 even with workarround
See `config.log' for more details

Help? Why it is trying to compile with clang?

Notice that CXX=g++ ./configure does work...

It seems to be a duplicate of #1001
