I'm building qucs on Ubuntu and found some missing dependencies. Thanks!

sudo apt-get install libtool-bin texlive-math-extra texlive-science sudo apt-get install latexml texlive-latex-extra latex-make

Right, these are listed on the .travis.yml but were not updated on the Readme.
