Larger Maps / Choose map size #5

To allow for more interesting gameplay and because of new features like cave generation, we should have larger map sizes. Though good for the advanced player, new players might feel it too big a problem to tackle. Maybe also add a map size option when generating a new map?

I actually really like the current map size. It's small enough that there can be interaction between players within a reasonable time frame. I'm not super opposed to changing it though. That being said, adding too many options could really clutter up the UI, and I'd want to keep that simple.
