Make it more prominent that this is a meetup and community #47

The first line currently says

"We've come together to connect and support queer people (of all flavors) working in jobs related to software development."

But it should probably say something about who "we" is - i.e. "Queer Code - A meetup and community for queer people who build software" or something like that.
