The old link was a Heroku-hosted API using the slackin plug-in
Heroku free tier support ended on Nov 28, 2022 and our link has been broken since then
Slack has a new method of creating non-expiring invite links that will work for up to 400 invites
I created one and that's the link I've used in this PR
