Can't enable food effects while hunger is disabled #42

I don't want to see the saturation and hunger value of the food, but I want to see the effects it gives. I disabled hunger and the effects also got disabled with it.

fabric loader 0.11.6-1.17.1 inspecio 1.1.0+1.17

Fixed with Inspecio v1.2.0+1.18.
