This pull request includes updates to some packet structures I did a while back. Admins will now observe that the account inventory is populated. However, functionality is pending until I determine how to set the EscrowServerConnected. I already know how to set all the other Escrow related parameters, except this one.
Additionally, I've made some progress on IGP.
Known issues related to the account inventory:
Applying skin items may not always update correctly.
The "Account Items" section remains greyed out (expected behavior), but I do have a workaround for this.
Currently, skins can only be applied once until the server is rejoined (lower priority).
If time permits, I'll also submit my work-in-progress for traps and grenades.
